1-1 yoga lessons at my home treatment room- any level welcome! Suited to anyone from complete beginners to advanced Yogis. Whether you'd like a more physical practise with challenging postures, a calm gentle stretch class, or even more beath work/meditiation, each session is bespoke to you.
