This 4000 year old tradition is done in a seated position and can be done with or without oils and can even be done through clothing. It focuses on the shoulders, neck, scalp, head and face, draining away any stress. It also stimulates the "feel good" hormones, and can be either relaxing or invigorating for the mind and body.
